का.आ. 428( अ ).-केंद्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 457 (अ ) ; तारीख 31 मार्च , 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने ' अरंग' तहसील/तालुक के संबंध ( 3 ) में क्रम संख्या 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् स्तम्भ ( 3 ) और (4 ) निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उससे संबंधित प्रषिष्टयाँ रखी जायेंगी , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 428 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number $ . O. 457 (E) , dated the 31st March, 2005 , namely
In the Schedule to the said notification,
(a) against serial number 1 relating to Tehsil/Taluk ' Arang ' , in column ( 3 ) , after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto in columns (3 ) and (4), the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely :---
