का.आ. 1707( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार औषधि ( मूल्य नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 25 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त आदेश के पैरा 25 के उप -पैरा ( 2 ) के खंड (ङ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट घटकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट तीन विनिर्मितियों, जो स्तंभ 3 की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट तीन विनिर्मितियां, जो स्तंभ 3 की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट कम्पनी द्वारा विनिर्मित है , को उक्त आदेश के पैरा 3 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) , पैरा 8 के उप - पैरा ( 1 ) और पैरा 9 के उप - पैरा ( 1 ) में अनुबद्ध मूल्य नियंत्रण लागू करने से उसके स्तंभ 4 में यथा - उपदर्शित अवधि तक छूट प्रदान करती है ।

2. उपरोक्त छूट इस शर्त दशा के अधीन रहते हुए है कि उपभोक्ता के लिए मूल्य समय- समय पर अधिसूचित अधिकतम मूल्य अन्यथा सामान्यतः उद्ग्रहणीय धन उत्पाद शुल्क से अधिक नहीं होगा ।

New Delhi , the 4th October , 2007
S.O. 1707(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - paragraph (1 ) of paragraph 25 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 , the Central Government having regard to the factors specified in clause ( e) of sub - paragraph (2) of paragraph 25 of the said Order and also having been satisfied for the need to do so in pulic interest hereby exempts the three formulations specified in column 2 of the Table below which is manufactured by the company specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 from the operation of price control stipulated in sub - paragraph (1) of paragraph 3, sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 8 and sub -paragraph ( 1) of paragraph 9 of the said Order , up to the period as indicated in column 4 thereof :
