का.आ. 1710(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , समय - समय पर यथा -संशोधित निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: -
पूर्व अधिसूचना सं. 44 ( आरई -2006 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2007 के अधिक्रमण में आई टी सी ( एच एस ) की अनुसूची 2 के तहत अध्याय 10 की क्रम सं. 46क पर मौजूदा प्रविष्टि की जगह तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित नई प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी :-

उप- शीर्ष टिप्पणी: शब्द " डयूरम गेहूँ" से तात्पर्य है ट्रिटिकम डयूरम की अन्तर- विशिष्ट क्रासिंग से प्राप्त संकर प्रजातियों और ट्रिटिकम डयूरम प्रजातियों का गेहूं जिनका प्रजातियों के तौर पर उनके क्रोमोसोम की उतनी ही संख्या ( 28 ) हों ।
2. निषेध आगामी आदेशों तक लागू रहेंगे ।
3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.Q. 1710 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC ( HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items 2004-2009 as amended from time to time:-
In supersession of eariler Notification No. 44 (RE- 2007) 2004-2009, dated 9th February , 2007, the following new entry shall be substituted for existing entry at Sl . No. 46A of Chapter 10 under Schedule 2 of ITC (HS ) with immediate effect:----
