का.आ. 1721 (अ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्रीय सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/ क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में कोई आपत्ति हो या कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से 30 दिनों की अवधि के अंदर लिखित रूप में प्रधान आयुक्त- एवं- सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , बी-ब्लॉक, विकास सदन, नई दिल्ली-110023 को भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।
संशोधन:
"जोन- घ में राउज एवन्यू, डीडीयू मार्ग , नई दिल्ली में दो एकड़ ( 0.8 हेक्टेयर ) क्षेत्रफल , जो पश्चिम में पॉकेट -9 (सरकारी उपयोग ) , पूर्व में सड़क ( 20 मीटर मार्गाधिकार ) , दक्षिण में दीन दयाल उपाध्याय मार्ग ( 36.58 मीटर मार्गाधिकार ) और उत्तर में कोटला रोड ( 30.48 मीटर मार्गाधिकार ) से घिरा है, के भूमि उपयोग को ' सरकारी कार्यालय ' से ' सार्वजनिक एवं अर्ध - सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं' में बदलने का प्रस्ताव है । "
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों को संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) , छठी मंजिल , विकास मीनार, आई.पी. एस्टेट , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , नई दिल्ली के कार्यालय में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi, the 8th October , 2007
S.O. 1721 (E) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan/ Zonal Development for Delhi is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/sug- gestion inwriting to the Principal Commissioner -cum -Sec- retary , Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date ofthis notice . The person making the objec- tion or suggestion should also give his name and address .
MODIFICATION :
"It is proposed to change the Land use of an area measuring 2 acres (0.8 Ha) in Rouse Avenue , DDU Marg, New Delhi in Zone - D, bounded by Pocket 9 (Government Use ) in the West, Road (20 m R/ W) in the East, Deen Dayal Upadhaya Marg (36.58 m R/W) in the South and Kotla Road , (30.48 m R/W) in the Northfrom 'Government Office ' to ' Public & Semi- Public Facilities . "
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP) , 6th Floor, Vikas Minar , I.P. Estate , Delhi Development Authority, New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above .
