का.आ. 1722(अ ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , समय- समय पर यथा संशोधित निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
(i ) आईटीसी ( एचएस ) की अनुसूची 2 के अन्तर्गत अध्याय 10 में प्रविष्टि संख्या 45 के बाद तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित नई प्रविष्टि को जोड़ा जाएगा:-

S.Q. 1722 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009, the Central Government herebymakes the following amendments in the ITC (HS ) Classifications of Export and Import items , 2004-2009 as amended, from time to time :
(i) With immediate effect , the following new entry shall be inserted after entry at Sl . No. 45 in Chapter 10 under Schedule 2 of ITC (HS ) :-
