का.आ. 1723( अ), विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009, के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा अधिसूचना सं. 56 ( आर ई-2006) / 2004-2009दिनांक 29 मार्च, 2007 में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है:-
1. एग्ज़िम कोड 10011090 ( द्रुम गेहूँ अन्य) और 1001 90 20 ( अन्य गेहूँ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाली मदों के आयात के लिए मौजूदा नीति आगामी आदेशों तक स्थगित रहेगी। इस अवधि के दौरान इन मदों का आयात मुक्त रूप से अनुमत होगा ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th October, 2007 No. 35 (RE- 2007) /2004-2009
S.O. 1723 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby amends the Notification No. 56 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 29thMarch , 2007, as under :
1. The existing policy for import of items falling at Exim. Codes 1001 1090 (Durum Wheat : Other) and 1001 90 20 (Other Wheat ) shall remain in abeyance till further orders . During this period , import of these items will be allowed freely .
2. This issues in Public Interest .
