विषय : स्विट्जरलैंड तथा चीन जनवादी गणराज्य के मूल के अथवा वहांसेनिर्यातित विटामिन- ए पामिटेट के आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच ।
सं. 14/11 /2005-डीजीएडी.-यतः 1995 में यथा संशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं का अभिज्ञान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं वसूली और क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली , 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच में दिनांक 14 सितम्बर , 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. 14/ 11 /2005 - डीजीएडी के तहत अंतिम जांच परिणाम जारी किए हैं ।
उक्त अधिसूचना के अंत में दी गई शुल्क तालिका के कालम संख्या 2 और 3 में एतद्वारा सुधार किया जाता है जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए : -

कालम सं. 3 : वस्तु विवरण विटामिन ए पामिटेट ( विटामिन ए पामिटेट 1.6 एमआईयू/ग्राम को
छोड़कर) ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 5th October , 2007
Subject : Anti -Dumping Investigation concerning imports of Vitamin -A Palmitate originating in or exported from Switzerland and China PR.
No. 14/11/2005 - DGAD . Whereas , having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti -dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Final Findings vide Notification No. 14/11/2005- DGAD dated 14th September , 2007 in the subject anti -dumping investigation .
The ColumnNos. 2 and 3 of the duty table at the end of the said notification are hereby corrected to read as follows:-
Column No. 2 : Tariff Line : 29362100
Column No. 3 : Description of goods : Vitamin A Palmitate (Excluding Vitamin A Palmitate 1.6MIU/gm).
