सं. 1-सीए ( 7 )/104/2007.-भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स संस्थान की परिषद्, चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 38 ) की धारा 21 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उसके द्वारा प्राप्त किसी सूचना या शिकायत के संबंध में अन्वेषण करने के लिए अनुशासन निदेशालय को स्थापित करती है, जिसकी अध्यक्षता श्री टी. कार्तिकेयन , संस्थान के निदेशक द्वारा की जाएगी । वे ऐसे कृत्यों का , जो उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन अपेक्षित हों, निष्पादन करने के लिए निदेशक ( अनुशासन ) होंगे ।
No. 1 - CA(7)/104/2007.-In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section (1 ) of Section 21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) , the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India hereby establishes the Disciplinary Directorate which shall be headed by Shri T. Karthikeyan, the Director of the Institute for making investigations in respect of any information or complaint received by it . He shall be the Director (Discipline) to perform such functions as are required under the said Act .
