S.O. 1725 (E) .-In pursuance of clause ( iii ) of the proviso to Rule 108 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules , 1989 , the Central Government hereby makes further amendment in the notification of the Government of India inthe erstwhile Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 52 (E) dated the 11th January, 2002, namely:-- का. आ. 1725( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय मोटर यान नियम, 1989 के नियम 108 के परन्तुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 52 ( अ) , तारीख 11 जनवरी , 2002 में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
In the said notification, in paragraph (a) , after serial number ( 12) and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:----
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा ( क ) में , क्र. सं. ( 12 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्र. सं. और प्रविष्टि अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
"(13) Former Vice Presidents ."
" ( 13 ) भूतपूर्व उपराष्ट्रपति। "
