बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण ( बीमा अभिकर्ताओं का अनुज्ञापन ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2007
फा. सं. बी.वि.वि.प्र. /विनियम/2/39/ 2007.-प्राधिकरण , बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 ( 1938 का 4 ) की धारा 42 और 114 ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बीमा सलाहकार समिति के परामर्श से बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण ( बीमा अभिकर्ताओं का अनुज्ञापन ) विनियम 2000 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण ( बीमा अभिकर्ताओं का अनुज्ञापन) (संशोधन ) विनियम, 2007 है ।
(2) ये दिनांक एक नवम्बर , 2007 से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण ( बीमा अभिकर्ताओं का अनुज्ञापन ) विनियम, 2000 में -
(i ) विनियमन 5 के उप- विनियमन ( 1 ) " एक सौ घन्टे " तथा " तीन से चार सप्ताह " का स्थानापन्न क्रमशः " पचास घन्टे " तथा " एक से दो सप्ताह " होगा ।
(ii) विनियमन 5 के उप- विनियमन ( 1 ) के प्रावधान में " एक सौ पचास घन्टे " तथा " छः से आठ सप्ताह " का स्थानापन्न क्रमशः " पचहत्तर घन्टे " तथा " दो से तीन सप्ताह " होगा ।
(iii ) विनियमन 5 के उप- विनियमन ( 2 ) में शब्द " पचास घन्टे " स्थानापन्न द्वारा " पच्चीस घन्टे " होगा ।

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Insurance Agents ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2007
F. No. IRDA/Reg ./2/39/2007.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 42 and Section 114A of the Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938 ) , the Authority, in consultation with the Insurance Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Insurance Agents ) Regulations , 2000, namely:-
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Insur- ance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Insurance Agents ) (Amend- ment) Regulations , 2007 .
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 1stNovember , 2007 .
2. In the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Insurance Agents ) Regula- tions , 2000-
(i) In sub - regulation ( 1 ) of Regulation 5 the words , "one hundred hours" and " three to four weeks " shall be substituted by the words " fifty hours " and " one to two weeks " respectively .

" पूरेकिए गए पचास घन्टे " का स्थानापन्न क्रमशः " 50 घन्टे से कम नहीं ", " 75 घन्टे से कम नहीं" , तथा " पूरे किये गये पच्चीस घन्टे " होगा ।
(ii) In the proviso to sub - regulation( 1 ) of Regu- lation 5 , the words , " one hundred fifty hours" and " six to eight weeks " shall be sub- stituted by the words , " seventy five hours " and two to three weeks " respectively.
(vi) विनियमन 5 के उप- विनियमन ( 3 ) के प्रावधान में शब्द " सत्तर घन्टे " का स्थानापन्न " पैंतीस घन्टे " होगा ।

No. IRDA/Reg ./3/ 40/2007.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 42 and section 42D and clauses (k) , (1 ) , ( m) , ( n) , (o) and (p) of sub -section (2) of Section 114A of the Insurance Act , 1938 (4 of 1938) , the Authority, in consultation with the Insurance Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Corporate Agents ) Regulations , 2002, namely :--
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Insur- ance Regulatory and Development Author- ity(Licensing of Insurance Agents) (Amend- ment) Regulations, 2007.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 1stNovember , 2007 .

2. In the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Corporate Agents) Regulations , 2002--
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण ( निगमित अभिकर्ताओं का अनुज्ञापन ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2007 है ।
(i) In sub - regulation ( 1 ) ofRegulation 5, the words , " one hundred hours " and " three to four weeks " shall be substituted by the words " fifty hours" and " one to two weeks " respectively.
(2 ) ये दिनांक एक नवम्बर , 2007 से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण ( निगमित अभिकर्ताओं का अनुज्ञापन) विनियम , 2002 में -
(ii) In the proviso to sub - regulation ( 1 ) of Regula- tion 5, the words , " one hundred fifty hours " and " six to eight weeks " shall be substituted by the words , " seventy five hours " and " two to three weeks " respectively .
(i) विनियमन 5 के उप- विनियमन ( 1 ) " एक सौ घन्टे " तथा " तीन से चार सप्ताह " का स्थानापन्न क्रमशः " पचास घन्टे" तथा " एक से दो सप्ताह " होगा ।

(ii) विनियमन 5 के उप- विनियमन ( 1 ) के प्रावधान में " एक सौ पचास घन्टे " तथा " छः से आठ सप्ताह " का स्थानापन्न क्रमशः " पचहत्तर घन्टे " तथा " दो से तीन सप्ताह" होगा ।

(v) In sub -regulation ( 3 ) of Regulation 5, the words " not less than 100 hours" , " not less than 150 hours " and " completed fifty hours " shall be substitued by the words , " not less than 50 hours" , " not less than 75 hours " and " com- pleted twenty five hours " respectively.
(iv) विनियमन 5 के उप-विनियमन ( 2 ) के प्रावधान में शब्द " सत्तर घन्टे " स्थानापन्न द्वारा " पैंतीस घन्टे " होगा ।
(vi) In the proviso to sub -regulation (3 ) of Regula- tion5, the words , " seventy hours " shall be sub- stituted by the words " thirty five hours" .
(v) विनियमन 5 के उप-विनियमन ( 3 ) में शब्द " 100 घन्टे से कम नही " , " 150 घन्टे से कम नहीं " तथा
