का.आ. 1730(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के , स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सेक्शन के खंड को , जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट है , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग , प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

S.O. 1730 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretch as specified in column (3 ) of the Table below, of the section as specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) , of the National Highway as specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) of the said Table, to the National Highways Authority of India.

का.आ. 1731(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार; भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1096( अ) तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त , 2005 में प्रकाशित हुई थी , निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , क्रम संख्या 5 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
