का.आ. 1743(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण अधिनियम , 1954 ( 1954 का 37 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (iv ) के अनुसरण में, डॉ. सत्य प्रकाश को, केन्द्रीय खाद्य प्रयोगशाला , गाजियाबाद के निदेशक के सभी या किन्हीं कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग में, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1500 ( अ ) , तारीख 18 अक्तूबर , 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
सारणी में, स्तंभ संख्यांक 1 के अधीन क्रम संख्यांक 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी; अर्थात्:-
" 3. डॉ. सत्य प्रकाश "

टिप्पणः मूल अधिसूचना, भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में सं. का.आ. 1500( अ) , तारीख 18 अक्तूबर, 2005 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और आखिरी बार दिनांक 2 फरवरी , 2007 को सं. का.आ.106 ( अ ) द्वारा उसमें संशोधन किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th October , 2007
S.O. 1743 (E) . In pursuance of clause (iv ) of Section 2of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act , 1954 (37 of 1954 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Satya Prakash to perform all or any of the functions of the Director of the Central Food Laboratory , Ghaziabad and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health ) , number S.O. 1500 (E) dated 18th October , 2005, namely :-
In the said notification,-
InTable- I, under column number 1, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"3. Dr. Satya Prakash "
