का. आ. 1745(अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 210- क की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय ( तत्कालीन कम्पनी कार्य मंत्रालय ) की अधिसूचना का.आ. 339 ( अ ) , तारीख 9 मार्च , 2007 जो भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में तारीख 9 मार्च , 2007 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
शब्दों उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्यांक ( 4 ) पर निम्नलिखित
" श्री धनंजय वी. जोशी,
अध्यक्ष , भारतीय लागत तथा संकर्म
लेखापाल संस्थान"
के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द रखे जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
" श्री चंद्र वाधवा , अध्यक्ष ,
भारतीय लागत तथा संकर्म
लेखापाल संस्थान " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th October , 2007
S.O.1745 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 210 -A of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (thenMinistry of Company Affairs ) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 9th March , 2007, vide number S.O. 339 (E) dated the 9th March , 2007 , namely:-
In the said notification , at serial number (4 ) , for the words-
"Shri Dhananjay V. Joshi , President of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India" ,
the following words shall be substituted , namely :-
"Shri Chandra Wadhwa ,
President of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India" .
