सा.का.नि. 658(अ) .-उत्प्रवास अधिनियम , 1983 (1983 का 31 ) की धारा 43 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार उत्प्रवास नियम , 1983 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
G.S.R. 658(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 43 of the Emigration Act , 1983 (31 of 1983), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Emigration Rules , 1983, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) ये नियम उत्प्रवास ( संशोधन) नियम , 2007 कहलाएंगे ।
1. (1) These rules may be called the Emigration (Amendment) Rules, 2007 .
(2) ये नियम इनके राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागूहोंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette .
2. उत्प्रवास नियम , 1983 के नियम 15(ए) का लोप किया जाएगा ।
2. Rule 15A of the Emigration Rules, 1983 shall be omitted.
