सा.का.नि. 659( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम , 1906 ( 1906 का 3 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 21 की. उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम " नृत्य मुद्रा " की विषय - वस्तु पर फैरेटिक स्टेनलेस स्टील के एक रुपए के सिक्के का निर्माण नियम , 2007 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. मानक वजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार.-सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम , 1906 की धारा 6 के उपबंधों के अधीन निर्मित " नृत्य मुद्रा " की विषय - वस्तु सहित एक रुपए के अंकित मूल्य के फेरेटिक स्टेनलेस स्टील के सिक्के का मानक भार और ऐसे सिक्कों को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार नीचे , सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट रूप में होगा , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th October , 2007
G.S.R. 659 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 21 , read with Section 7 of the Coinage Act, 1906 (3 of 1906) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely : -
1. Short title and commencement.-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Coinage of Ferritic Stainless Steel Coin of RupeeOne , Coined with the theme " Nritya Mudra " Rules , 2007 .
(2).They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Standard Weight and Remedy allowed. The standard weight of the ferritic stainless steel coins of One Rupee denomination, coined under the provisions of Section 6 of the Coinage Act, 1906 with the theme " Nritya Mudra " and the remedy allowed in making such coin shall be as specified in the Table below namely: ---

Plus or minus 1 % for Chromium , that is to say, chromium could vary from 16% to 18 % and remainder iron .
