का.आ. 1754( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , विकास परिषद् (प्रक्रिया) नियम , 1952 के नियम 2 , 3 , 4 और 5 के साथ पठित उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) 'की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग ) के समय-समय पर यथा- संशोधित आदेश का. आ. 1189 , तारीख 8 अक्तूबर , 2003 के अधीन नियुक्त किए गए सदस्यों, जिनकी पदावधि समाप्त हो गई है , के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए लुगदी , कागज और संबद्ध उद्योगों की विकास परिषद् का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है :-

2. विकास परिषद् ( प्रक्रिया ) नियम, 1952 के नियम 2 के खंड ( ग ) के अनुसरण में , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा निदेशक , केन्द्रीय लुगदी और कागज अनुसंधान संस्थान , सहारनपुर ( उ. प्र . ) को उक्त विकास परिषद् के सदस्य सचिव के कार्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए नियुक्तकरती है ।

Government hereby appoints , for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette , the following persons to be Members of the Development Council for Pulp , paper and Allied Industries, in place of members appointed under the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion)
