का.आ. 1765( अ ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन )
अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के
आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची -1 ( आयात ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. निम्नलिखित मदों के लिए आयात नीति निम्न रूप से संशोधित की जाती है :
एग्जिमकोड मद विवरण नीति नीतिगत शर्तें
1511 पॉम ऑयल एवं इसके अंश , चाहे रिफाईंड हो या नहीं, परंतु रासायनिक रूप से संशोधित न हो
1511 10 00 कच्चा मुक्त कोच्चिपत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं
1511 90 अन्य: मुक्त कोच्चिपत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं
1511 90 10 रिफाईंड ब्लीच्ड डीऑडरायज्ड पाम ऑयल मुक्त कोच्चिपत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं
1511 90 20 रिफाईंड ब्लीच्ड डीऑडरायज्ड पामोलिन मुक्त कोच्चिपत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं
1511 90 90 अन्य मुक्त कोच्चिपत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं
1513 21 10 पाम गिरी आयल मुक्त कोच्चिपत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं
1513 29 10 पाम गिरी आयल एवं इसके अंश मुक्त कोच्चि पत्तन के माध्यम से आयात अनुमत नहीं

S.O. 1765 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby amends Schedule - 1 (Imports ) of the ITC (HS ) Classifications ofExport and Import Items , 2004-2009 as under:-
