का.आ. 1774(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार ने अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 6 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 345 ( अ ) के तहत ई- कमोडिटिज लि. , नई दिल्ली को चीनी में अग्रिम संविदा आयोजित करने के लिए मान्यता दी थी । चीनी में अग्रिम संविदा करने में असफल रहने पर उक्त एक्सचेंज को कारण बताओ नोटिस (दिनांक 30-8-2006, 16-10-2006 और 29-8-2007 के पत्र संख्या 12/8 /2002- आई टी ) दिया गया था कि क्यों न एक्सचेंज को दी गई मान्यता वापस ले ली जाए । एक्सचेंज इन नोटिसों का जवाब देने में असफल रहा । इसलिए , केन्द्रीय सरकार 31 मार्च , 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 345 ( अ ) के अधिक्रमण में और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , व्यापार और लोक हित में ई- कमोडिटिज लि. , अंसल प्लाजा , नई दिल्ली की मान्यता को तत्काल प्रभाव से वापस लेती है ।

S.O. 1774 (E) . The Central Government, in exercise of powers under Section 6 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), had granted recognition to the E - Commodities Ltd. , New Delhi to organize Forward Contracts in Sugar vide Notification No. S.O. 345 (E) dated 31st March, 2003. The said Exchange having failed to organize the forward trading in sugar was given show -cause notices (Vide letters No. 12/8 /2002 - IT dated 30-8-2006,16-10-2006 and 29-8-2007 ) as to why the recognition of the Exchange should not be withdrawn . The Exchange failed to respond to these notices . The Central Government, therefore, in supersession of the Notification No. S.O. 345(E) dated 31st March, 2003 and in excrcise of the power under Section 7 of the said Act, in the interest of trade and in public interest, withdraws the recognition of the E - Commodities Ltd. , Ansal Plaza, New Delhi with immediate effect .
