का.आ. 1781 (अ).-भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अनुसरण में, देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय , इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश के यूनानी चिकित्सा पद्धति से एक सदस्य को उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के यूनानी संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया है;
अतएव , उक्तं अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , अब स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 ( अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) में निर्वाचित शीर्ष के अधीन , सारणी में , निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय के सामने उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th October , 2007
S.O. 1781 ( E) . Whereas , in pursuance of clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of The Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with the rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , one member from Unani system of Medicine of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore , M.P. has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Unani faculty of the said University;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Number S.O. 3259 (E) , dated the 21st August, 1971 , namely: -
In the said notification, under the heading Elected under clause (b) of sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 , in the Table , against the following University, for the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
