नई दिल्ली, 18 अक्तूबर , 2007
का.आ. 1782(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ ) के परंतुक के खंड (iii ) के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 266 (अ ) , तारीख 24 फरवरी , 2004 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने , स्तंभ (2 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" श्री बलबीर सिंह ,
कार्यपालक निदेशक ( कार्मिक और प्रशासन ) राउरकेला इस्पात संयंत्र , राउरकेला-- 769 011 " ।

MINISTRY OF STEEL NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th October , 2007
S.O. 1782(E) . In pursuance of clause (iii ) of the proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 . (63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel , number S.O. 266(E), dated the 24th February, 2004 , namely :-
Inthe said notification , against serial number 2 , in column (2) , for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"Shri Balbir Singh ,
Executive Director (Personnel and Administration), Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela- 769011 " .
