का.आ. 1807(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 32 ( आर ई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर , 2007 ( प्याज के निर्यात के संबंध में ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है :-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना के पैराग्राफ 2 के बाद निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाता है :-
"2.1 नामित सरणीकृत अभिकरणों ( एसटीई ) द्वारा 4-10-2007 तक जारी अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्रों ( एनओसी ) के मद्दे किए गए निर्यातों पर उपरोक्त प्रतिबंध लागू नहीं होंगे । "
3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd October , 2007 No. 41 (RE- 2007 )/2004-2009
S.O. 1807 (E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in Notification No. 32 ( RE - 2007 ) 2004-2009 dated 4thOctober , 2007 ( with regard to export of onions) .
2. The following stands added after paragraph 2 of the said Notification :-
"2.1 The above restrictions shall not be applicable to exports undertaken against No Objection Certificates (NOCs ) issued by designated canalizing agencies (STEs ) till 4-10-2007 . "
3. This issues in Public Interest .
