का.नि.आ. 6(अ) केन्द्र सरकार , आंध्र साइंटिफिक कंपनी लिमिटेड ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम , 1982 (1982का 71 ) , इसके बाद इसका 1982 अधिनियम के रूप में उल्लेख किया गया है , की धारा 15 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा श्री. टी. एस. मूर्ति, संयुक्त महाप्रबंधक , आयुध निर्माणी परियोजना , मेडक , आंध्र प्रदेश को वेतन आयुक्त नियुक्त करती है। वेतन आयुक्त श्री टी. एस. मूर्ति धारा 18 से 22 के प्रावधानों के अधीन यदि कोई देनदारियां हों तो उन सभी का भुगतान करने सहित 1982 अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत वेतन आयुक्त के सभी कार्यों को हाथ में लेकर पूरा करेंगे और तत्पश्चात् अधिनियम , 1982 की धारा 23 के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित आंध्र साइंटिफिक कंपनी को शेष राशि का भुगतान करेंगे । धारा 18 से 22 के अधीन किसी दावे के संबंध में भुगतान करने से पूर्व वेतन आयुक्त अधिनियम , 1982 की धारा 21 (4 ) के अंतर्गत यथा अपेक्षित ऐसे दावों के संबंध में दावे का खंडन करने के लिए कंपनी को अवसर प्रदान करेंगे ।

S.R.O. 6(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 15 of the Andhra Scientific Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act , 1982 ( 71 of 1982) , hereinafter referred to as the 1982Act, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri T. S. Murthy , Joint General Manager , Ordnance Factory Project , Medak , Andhra Pradesh , as Commissioner of Payments . Shri T. S. Murthy , Commissioner of Payments will take up and complete the functions inhering in the Commissioner of Payments under theprovisions of the 1982 Act including payment of all the liabilities , if any , under the provisions of Sections 18 to 22 and thereafter make payment of the balance amount to the Andhra Scientific Company as required under Section 23 ofthe 1982 Act . Before making payments in respect of any claims under Sections 18 to 22 , the Commissioner of Payments shall give the Company an opportunity of . refuting the claim as required under Section 21 (4) of the 1982Act in respect of such claims .
