सा.का.नि. 677( अ ) विस्फोटक अधिनियम , 1884 (1884 का 4 ) की धारा 5 तथा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा गैस सिलेंडर नियमावली , 2004 को संशोधित करने के लिए आगे और निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है,
नामतः :-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को गैस सिलेंडर ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2007 कहा जायेगा ।
(2 ) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागूहो जायेंगे ।
गैस सिलेंडर नियमावली , 2004 के नियम 66 में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक सम्मिलित किया जायेगा , नामतः:-
" बशर्ते ऐसे निलम्बन अथवा संशोधन के कारण लिखित में दर्ज किये गये हों। "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th October , 2007
G.S.R. 677 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 and 7 of the Expolsives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules furtherto amend the Gas Cylinders Rules , 2004, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Gas Cylinders (Amendment) Rules , 2007.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
InRule 66 of the Gas Cylinders Rules , 2004, the following proviso shall be inserted , namely :---
"Provided that the reasons for such suspension or modification are recorded in writing. "
