का.आ. 1812(अ). समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित , विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009, के पैरा 1.3 और 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 (1992की सं. 22) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार यथा संशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 38 (आरई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 2007 (गैर बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर निषिद्ध से संबंधित ) के पैरा 2 के अंत. में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त संवर्धन करती है :-
" 2.2 तथापि, निर्यात के लिए 10-10-2007 तक पत्तन गोदाम में लाए गए चावल को पत्तन प्राधिकारियों द्वारा यथा प्रमाणित; निर्यात के लिए अनुमति दी जाएगी । "
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th October , 2007 No. 43( RE-2007)/2004-2009
S.O. 1812 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5.of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 of Notification No. 38 (RE - 2007) /2004-2009 , dated 15thOctober , 2007 (pertaining to prohibition on export of non-basmati rice) as amended:
"2.2 However , rice brought into the port godowns for export till 10-10-2007 , as certified by port authori- ties; shall be allowed to be exported. "
