आ.अ. 120( अ ), लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 (1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 कक की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग , एतद्वारा छत्तीसढ़ राज्य में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से संबंधित तारीख 3 अक्तूबर, 2003 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 508/छ.ग. /2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
उपरोक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) व ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी :-

O.N. 120(E) . In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-section ( 1) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950(43 of 1950), the Election Commission herebymakes the following amendments in its Notification No. 508/CG/2003 , dated 3rd October , 2003 relating to the appointment of District Election Officers in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely:---
