MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th October , 2007 श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 25 अक्तूबर , 2007
का.आ. 1816(अ). जबकि भारत सरकार , श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय ने अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.1756 ( अ ) दिनांक 12 अक्तूबर , 2006 द्वारा श्री पी.सी. परख, पूर्व सचिव , कोयला मंत्रालय को उन कारणों और परिस्थितियों, जिनसे 6 सितम्बर, 2006 को मैसर्स भारत कोकिंग कोल लि. की कोलियरियों , विशेषकर झारखण्ड राज्य के धनबाद जिले में भाटडी कोलियरी में हुई दुर्घटना , जिसमें कुछ व्यक्तियों की मृत्यु हुई थी, की औपचारिक जांच करने और तीन माह की अवधि के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए नियुक्त किया था । जाँच न्यायालय का कार्यकाल 11 जनवरी , 2007 तक के लिए था ।
S.O. 1816 (E) .-Whereas the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment in their notification No. S.O. 1756(E) dated 12th October , 2006 appointed Shri P.C. Parakh , Former Secretary, Ministry of Coal to hold a formal inquiry into the causes and circumstances attending the accident that occurred on 6th September , 2006 in the collieries of M/ s . Bharat Coking CoalLimited , more particularly in the Bhatdee Colliery in Dhanbad District of Jharkhand State , causing loss of lives and present a report within a period of three months . The duration of the Court of enquiry was up to 11th January, 2007.
तथापि, दिनांक 22 जून , 2007 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 1006 ( अ ) द्वारा उक्त जांच न्यायालय का कार्यकाल तीन माह की और अवधि अर्थात् 11 अक्तूबर, 2007 तक के लिए बढ़ाया गया था ।
However , vide Notification S.O. 1006 (E) dated 22nd June, 2007 , the tenure of the said court of inquiry was extended for a further period of three month i.e. up to 11th October, 2007 .
और जबकि जांच न्यायालय की अवधि को पुनः बढ़ाना आवश्यक हो गया है , क्योंकि अध्यक्ष , जांच न्यायालय ने माननीय श्रम और रोजगार राज्य मंत्री ( स्वतंत्र प्रभार ) को दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 2007 को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत कर दी है ।
And whereas it has become necessary to extend the period of the Court of Inquiry, as the Chairman , Court of Inquiry submitted the report to the Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charges) of Labour and Employment on 17th October , 2007 .
अतः , अब केन्द्र सरकार इस अवधि को 12 अक्तूबर , 2007 से 20 अक्तूबर , 2007 तक की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है । तद्नुसार, अध्यक्ष श्री पी.सी. परख तथा श्री आर. शर्मा , पूर्व महानिदेशक , खान सुरक्षा व श्री ओ.पी. लाल , पूर्व खान मंत्री, बिहार, एवं संगठन सचिव , इंटक की मूल्यांकक के रूप में नियुक्ति की अवधि को 20 अक्तूबर , 2007 तक की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है ।

Now, therefore , the Central Government do hereby extend thisduration for a further period from 12th October , 2007 to 20th October , 2007. Accordingly the period of appointment of Chairman , Shri P.C. Parakh and assessors Shri R. Sharma, Ex - Director General of Mines Safety and Shri O.P. Lal, Ex- Minister for Mines, Bihar , and Organizing Secretary, INTUC is extended for a further period up to 20th October , 2007.
