आ.अ. 123(अ) . लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 कक की उप- धाराओं ( 1 ) व ( 2 ) में निहित उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतदद्वारा :-
Ο.Ν. 123( E) . In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - sections ( 1) and (2) of Section 13AA of the Repr. sentation of the People Act, 1950, (43 of 1950 ) , the Election Commission, in consultation with the Government of Andaman and Nicobar Islands hereby:
( 1 ) निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट संघ राज्य क्षेत्र अण्डमान व निकोबार द्वीप समूह के प्रत्येक जिले/ क्षेत्र के लिए उसके सामने स्तंभ (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारी को उस जिले/क्षेत्र के लिए जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है ; और
(1) Designates for each district/area in the Union Territory ofAndaman and Nicobar specified in column ( 1 ) ofthe Table below , the officer specified against it in column (2) thereof as the District Election Officer for the District/ Area; and
(2) Specifies the area, in respect of which each such officer shall exercise jurisdiction, in column (3) of the Table.
( 2) सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में ऐसे क्षेत्र के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करता है , जिसमें ऐसे प्रत्येक अधिकारी अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र का उपयोग करेगा ।
