का.आ. 1828(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधि- नियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन , और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 602(अं) , तारीख 19 मई , 2004 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 20 मई, 2004 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
(क ) अनुसूची और प्रस्तावना में, " कि.मी. 204.400 से कि.मी. 231.00 तक " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " कि.मी. 204.400 से कि.मी. 241.00 तक " शब्द और अंक रखे जायेंगे ।
(ख ) अनुसूची में मौजा/तालुक/तहसील " उत्तरखोला " से सम्बन्धित क्रम सं. 2 के सामने स्तम्भ संख्या 3 में प्रविष्टि " 12 पुले धर्मतोल " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः रखी जायेंगी :-
" 13 खुलापथार
14अलीसिंगा
15 उत्तर धर्मतुल"

NOTIFICATION .
New Delhi, the 26th October , 2007
S.O. 1828 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 602 (E) ,dated the 19th May, 2004, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ), dated the 20thMay, 2004, namely in the said notification:-
(a) in the preamble and the Schedule, for the words and figures "Km. 204.400 to Km . 231.00 , " the words and figures "Km. 204.400 to Km. 241.00 " shall be substituted.
(b) in the Schedule , against Sl . No. 2 relating to Mouza/Taluka/Tehsil ' Uttarkhola' , in column (3 ) , after the entry" 12 Pule Dhararımtol " , the following entries shall be inserted, namely: ----
" 13. Khula Pathar
14. Alisinga
15. Uttar Dharamtul
