का.आ. 1831(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा उक की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन जारी की गई भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 507 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल, 2007 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी , द्वारा तमिलनाडु राज्य के मदुरै जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 7 के 426.661 कि.मी. ( बंगलौर सेलम- मदुरै सेक्शन ) से 41.000 कि.मी. ( मदुरै- कन्याकुमारी सेक्शन ) तक के भूखण्ड के निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/ चार लेन का बनाने आदि ) अनुरक्षण , प्रबन्ध और प्रचालन के लिए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी;
और , उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा ३ क की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अधीन तारीख 4 जून , 2007 को "दि हिन्दू" और तारीख 3 जून , 2007 " दिनाथांधी " में प्रकाशित किया गया था;
और, सक्षम प्राधिकारी को किसी व्यक्ति से कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है ;
और , सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उघ की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दे दी है;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उघ की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वास प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा करती है कि उक्त अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि का पूर्वोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अर्जन किया जाना चाहिए;
और अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 घ की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि सभी विल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर आत्यन्तिक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित हो जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th October , 2007
6. S.O. 1831 (E).- Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O.507 ( E) , dated the 2nd April , 2007 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) and issued under sub-section ( 1 ) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) , the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning , etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation of National Highway No.7 , on the stretch of land from Km.426.661 ( Bangalore Salem Madurai Section ) to Km.41.000 (Madurai - Kanniyakumari Section ) in Madurai District in the State of Tamil Nadu ;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in " The Hindu " , dated the 4th June , 2007 and " Thinathanthi " , dated the 3rd June , 2007; under sub-section ( 3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority;
And whereas , in pursuance of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3D of the said Act , the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore , upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3D of the said Act , the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further , in pursuance of sub- section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government , free from all encumbrances:

का.आ. 1832(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा उक की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन जारी की गई भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना सख्या का.आ. 615 (अ) , तारीख 20 अप्रैल , 2007, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3 , उपखंड ( ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, द्वारा तमिलनाडु राज्य के मदुरै जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 7 के 426.661 कि.मी. (बंगलौर- सेलम- मदुरै सेक्शन) से 41.000 कि.मी. (मदुरै- कन्याकुमारी सेक्शन) तक के भूखंड के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/ चार लेन बनाने), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी;

और, आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उन पर विचार कर लिया है और आक्षेपों को अननुज्ञात कर दिया है ;
और, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उघ की उपधारा (1 ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दे दी है;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उघ की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कि उक्त अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि का पूर्वोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अर्जन किया जाना चाहिए;

: S.O. 1832(E).- Whereas by the notification of the Govemment of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ), number $ .0.616 (E) , dated the 20 April , 2007 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, Sub-section (ii ) and issued under sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3A of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) , the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building ( widening/four-läning , etc. ) , maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.7, on the stretch of land from Km.426.661 (Bangalore - Salem - Madurai Section ) to Km.41.000 ( Madurai - Kanniyakumari Section ) in Madurai District in the State of Tamil Nadu;

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent authority;

Now, therefore , upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3D of the saidAct, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

का.आ. 1833 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 507 (अ) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल , 2007, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग 2 , खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड ( ii) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल, 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, तालुक " मदुरै दक्षिण " के सामने, गाँव " थोप्पुर" के सामने, -
(क) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 71/6 " के सामने, स्तंभ (7) में, प्रविष्टि " नम " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क" रखी जाएगी;
(ख ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 71/7 " के सामने, स्तंभ (7) में , प्रविष्टि " नम" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " रखी जाएगी;
(ग) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 71 / 8 ए 1 " के सामने, स्तंभ (7 ) में , प्रविष्टि " नम " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " रखी
जाएगी;
(घ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 71 / 8 ए 2 " के सामने, स्तंभ (7) में , प्रविष्टि " नम" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " रखी जाएगी;

(च) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 71 / 9 बी 1 " के सामने, स्तंभ (7 ) में , प्रविष्टि " नम " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " रखी जाएगी;
(छ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 71 / 14 ए " के सामने, स्तंभ (7) में, प्रविष्टि " नम " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क" रखी जाएगी;
कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th October , 2007
S.O. 1833 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3A of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.0.507 ( E) , dated the 2nd April, 2007, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , dated the 2 April , 2007 , namely: -
In the Schedule to the said notification , against Taluk " Madurai South " , against village "Thoppur" , -
(a) against Survey number " 71/6 " , in column (7) , for the entry "Wet " , the entry " Dry " shall be substituted;
(b) against Survey number " 71/7 " , in column ( 7) , for the entry " Wet " , the entry "Dry " shall be substituted;
(c) against Survey number " 71 / 8A1 " , in column (7 ) , for the entry " Wet " , the entry " Dry " shall be substituted;
(d) against Survey number " 71 / 8A2 " , in column (7) , for the entry "Wet " , the entry " Dry " shall be substituted;
(e) against Survey number " 71 /9A1 " , in column (7) , for the entry "Wet ", the entry "Dry " shall be substituted;
(f) against Survey number " 71 /9B1 " , in column (7), for the entry " Wet " , the entry "Dry " shall be substituted;
(g) against Survey number " 71 / 14A ", in column (7 ) , for the entry "Wet " , the entry " Dry " shall be substituted;
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may , within twenty- one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , object to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3C of the said Act .
