नई दिल्ली , 26 अक्तूबर , 2007 सं. 110/2007 (गै. है. )-सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 1839(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की सं. का.आ. 1595 ( अ ) , दिनांक 25 सितम्बर , 2007 के जरिए जारी अधिसूचना सं. 99/2007 (गै.टै. ) - सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 25 सितम्बर , 2007 और सं. का.आ. 1596( अ ) , दिनांक 25 सितम्बर, 2007 के जरिए जारी अधिसूचना सं. 100/2007 (गै.टे. ) - सीमा शुल्क , दिनांक 25 सितम्बर , 2007 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए ऐसे प्रतिस्थापन से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने के लिए मुक्त बातों को छोड़कर केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा निर्धारित करता है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II में से प्रत्येक के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी मुद्रा के भारतीय मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन और भारतीय मुद्रा के विदेशी मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन की विनिमय दर 1 नवम्बर , 2007 से वह दर होगी जो आयातित माल और निर्यात माल के संबंध में उक्त धारा के उद्देश्य के लिए उसके कॉलम ( 3 ) में सामने दी गई प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th October , 2007
No.110/2007 (N.T. ) - CUSTOMS
S.O. 1839(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No.99/2007 ( NT) -CUSTOMS , dated the 25th September , 2007 vide number S.O. 1595 (E) , dated the 25th September , 2007 and notification No.100/2007 (NT) -CUSTOMS, dated the 25th September, 2007 vide number S.O. 1596 (E) , dated the 25th September , 2007, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby determines that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of each ofSchedule I and Schedule II annexed hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from 1st November , 2007 be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof, for the purpose of the said section , relating to imported goods and export goods .
