का.आ. 1849( अ ), सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 8 (ए ) और 8 ( बी ) के अन्तर्गत मुझे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मैं , डी. डी. इंगटी, सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त, कोचिन एतद्वारा कोचिन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट के क्षेत्राधिकार वाले ( पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 376 ( अ ) दिनांक 21 जून , 2006 ) निम्नलिखित बाहरी बंदरगाह के क्षेत्र को नीचे की सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाओं के अनुसार तरल थोक माल और गैस को उतारने और चढ़ाने के लिए अधिसूचित करता हूँ ।

S.O. 1849 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Sections 8 (a) and 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I , D. D. Ingty, Commissioner of Customs , Cochin , hereby notify the following area of outer harbour within the jurisdiction of Cochin Port Trust (Notified under Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways Notification No. G.S.R. 376 (E) dated 21st June , 2006) as perlimits specified in the Table below for the loading and unloading of liquid bulk cargo and gas .
