का.आ. 1856(अ ).- मसाला बोर्ड नियमावली, 1987 के नियम 4 एवं 5 के साथ पठित मसाला बोर्ड अधिनियम 1986 ( 1986 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय (वाणिज्य विभाग ) की दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 123 ( अ ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:- 1. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्र. सं. 4 , 16 और 17 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्र. सं. और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण:-प्रमुख अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 26 फरवरी, 1987 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 123 ( अ ) द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और बाद में निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना संख्याओं द्वारा उसमें संशोधन किया गया था :
1. का.आ. 1159 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 जुलाई , 2006;
2. का.आ. 1811 ( अ ) , दिनांक 23 अक्तूबर, 2006;
3. का.आ. 2132 ( अ ) , दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर , 2006; और
4. का.आ. 871 (अ ) , दिनांक 4 जून , 2007

S.O. 1856 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act , 1986 (10 of1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules , 1987 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department ofCommerce) vide number S.O. 123 (E) , dated the 26th February , 1987, namely: --
Inthe said notification , for serial numbers 4,16 and 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:----
