का.आ. 1860( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नींचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में यथावर्णित राजमार्ग की उक्त सरणी के स्तम्भ (2 ) में उसके सामने यथा उल्लिखित तत्स्थानी सेक्शन के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखंड को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

S.O. 1860 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretch as specified in column (3 ) of the Table below, of the corresponding Section as mentioned against it in column (2) of the said Table , of the National Highway asdescribed in column (1) of the said Table , to the National Highways Authority of India .

का.आ. 1861 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 ( अ) तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 25 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्र. सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:

Foot Note . The principal notification was published ir. the Gazette of India , vide number S.O. 1096 (E ), dated the 4th August , 2005 and last amended vide number S.O. 1115(E) , dated the 6th July . 2007.
