सा.का. नि. 689( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा विलायक, रेफिनेट और स्लॉप ( अर्जन , विक्रय , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) आदेश , 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 689(E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred bySection 3 ofthe Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Solvent , Raffinate and Slop. (Acquisition , Sale, Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles) Order, 2000 , namely :---
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम , विलायक, रेफिनेट और स्लॉप (अर्जन, विक्रय , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) संशोधन आदेश , 2007 है ।
1.(1) This Order may be called the Solvent , Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition, Sale , Storage and Prevention of Use in Automobiles) Amendment Order, 2007.
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. विलायक, रेफिनेट और स्लॉप ( अर्जन , विक्रय , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) आदेश , 2000 की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 15 तथा इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि को हटा दिया जाएगा ।
2. In the Solvent , Raffinate and Slop (Acquisition , Sale, Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles ) Order, 2000, in the Schedule , serial number 15 and the entry relating thereto, shall be omitted .

Note. The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , section 3 , Sub -section (i) vide number G.S.R. 519( E) , dated the 5th June , 2000 and lastly amended vide number G.S.R. 743 (E), dated the 7th December, 2006.
