का.आ. 1863(अ ), केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/जोनल विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो, तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधिके अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक, विकास सदन, आई.एन.ए. , नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन :
(i ) द्वारका ( जोन के-2 ) के सेक्टर 10 में 6172 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र , जो उत्तर में 30 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क, पूर्व में सी.जी.एच.एस. प्लाटों, दक्षिण में विद्यमान जिला न्यायालय , द्वारका और पश्चिम में 12 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क से घिरा हुआ है, के भूमि उपयोग को 'आवासीय ' ( आवासीय क्षेत्र सुविधाएं) से ' सरकारी उपयोग ' ( जिला न्यायालय , द्वारका के लिए वकीलों के चैम्बरों और मालखाने) के निर्माण हेतु और (ii ) सेक्टर 10 , द्वारका की 8140 वर्ग मीटर भूमि, जो उत्तर में भूखण्डीय विकास, पूर्व में समाज सदन भूमि और 30 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क , दक्षिण में 30 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क और पश्चिम में भूखण्डीय विकास से घिरी हुई है, के भूमि उपयोग को व्यावसायिक ' ( समाज सदन ) से ' सार्वजनिक और अर्ध सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं' में परिवर्तित किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल, विकास मीनार, आई. पी. एस्टेट, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 2nd November , 2007
SO. 1863 (E) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan /Zonal Development Plan for Delhi is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/ suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner- cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority , ' B ' Block , Vikas Sadan , New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .
PROPOSED MODIFICATION :
It is proposed to change the landuse of an area measuring (i ) 6172 sq m in Sector 10, Dwarka (Zone K- II) bounded by30 m. wide road in North, CGHS plots in the East , existing District Court , Dwarka in South and CR /FSS and 12 m. wide road in West from ' Residential ' (Housing Area Facilities ) to ' Govt . Use ' (District Court , Dwarka for construction of Lawyers Chamber and Malkhana) and (ii ) Change of land use of 8140 sq m of land in sector 10 , Dwarka bounded by plotted development in the North, Community Centre land and 30 m wide road in the East , 30 m . wide road in the South and plotted development in the West from ' Commercial ' ( Community Centre ) to ' Public & Semi Public Facilities ' .
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP ) 6th floor, Vikas Minar , I. P.Estate , Delhi Development Authority, New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above .
