का.आ. 1877 (अ) समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित , विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 और 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की सं 22) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, यथा संशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आरई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 15-10-2007 ( गैर बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर निषिद्ध से संबंधित ) के पैरा 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त संवर्धन करती है :-
" 2.4 तथापि, निर्यात के लिए 10-10-2007 तक काकीनाड़ा नगर के गोदाम में लाए गए चावल को ( आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य शासन द्वारा यथा प्रमाणित) निर्यात के लिए अनुमति दी जाएगी । "
2 इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd November , 2007 No. 46 (RE- 2007)/2004-2009
S.O. 1877 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 ofNotification No. 38 (RE- 2007)/2004-2009 , dated 15-10-2007 (pertaining to prohibition on export of non- basmati rice) as amended :-
"2.4Further, rice brought for export into the godowns ofKakinada city till 10-10-2007 (as certified by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh) shall be allowed to be exported."
