सा.का.नि. 693(अ).-राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुकं द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , दीपस्तंभ और दीपपोत महानिदेशालय ( समूह " ग " अराजपत्रित , अननुसचिवीय ) पद भर्ती नियम, 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1.) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दीपस्तंभ और दीपपोत महानिदेशालय ( समूह " ग " अराजपत्रित , अननुसचिवीय ) पद भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. दीपस्तंभ और दीपपोत महानिदेशालय ( समूह " ग " अराजपत्रित , अननुसचिवीय ) पद भर्ती नियम , 2006 की अनसूची में-
( i ) क्रम सं. 1 पर आने वाले नक्शानवीस , श्रेणी- II पद के सामने , स्तंभ 8 में , " अनिवार्य " शीर्ष के अधीन , मद (3 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्
" ( 3 ) केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम या किसी स्वायत्त निकाय में नक्शानवीस का तीन वर्ष का अनुभव "
(ii ) क्रम सं 2 पर आने वाले नक्शानवीस , श्रेणी- III पद के सामने, स्तंभ 8 में, " वांछनीय " शीर्ष के अधीन, " कम्प्यूटर सहायक डिजाइन सोफ्टवेयर " शब्दों के स्थान पर, " केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य 'सरकार या पब्लिक सेक्टस्उपक्रम या किसी स्वायत्त निकाय में 'कम्प्यूटर सहायक डिजाइन सोफ्टवेयर " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

MINISTRY OF SHIPPING, ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS (Department of Shipping) (DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF LIGHTHOUSES AND LIGHTSHIPS) NOTIFICATION
Noida, the 30th October , 2007
G.S.R. 693 (E). In exercise of the powers conferredby theproviso toarticle 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships (Group "C" Non -Gazetted , Non- Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2006, namely:--
1. (1) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships (Group " C" Non- Gazetted, Non-Ministerial Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules,2007 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships (Group " C" Non - Gazetted , Non-Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2006,-
(i) against the post of Draughtsman Grade - II appearing at serial number 1 , in column 8, under the heading "Essential ", for item (3) , the followfollowing item shall be substituted , namely:-
"(3) Three years experience in Draughtsmanship in the Central Government or the State Government or a public sector undertaking or any autonomous body" ,
(ii) against the post of Draughtsman Grade - III appearing at serial number 2, in column8 , under the heading "Desirable ", for the words "Computer aided design software" ,the words " Computer aided design software in the Central Government or the State Government or a public sector undertaking or an autonomous body" shall be substituted .
