New Delhi , the 5th November , 2007 नई दिल्ली, 5 नवम्बर , 2007 फा. सं. यू. - 11022/1/2007-यूटीएल.- अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह , लक्षद्वीप , दादरा एवं नगर हवेली तथा दमन एवं दीव संघ शासित क्षेत्रों के संयुक्त निर्वाचन आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्ति होने पर श्रीमती रेणु साहनी धर ने दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर, 2007 (पूर्वाह्न ) को कार्यभार ग्रहण कर लिया है ।
F. No. U- 11022/ 1/ 2007 - UTL.- Mrs . Renu Sahni Dhar , on her appointment as Common Election Commissioner for the Union Territories of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep , Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu has assumed charge on the 29th October , 2007 (Forenoon) .
उनकी नियुक्ति अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह (निर्वाचन आयुक्त की सेवा शर्तें ) नियम , 1994 के नियम 3 एवं 4 के द्वारा विनियमित होगी।
2.The terms and conditions of her appointment shall be regulated interms of rules 3 and 4 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Election Commissioner's Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994.
