आ.अ. 124(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) , की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा गुजरात राज्य में लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/गुज.-लो.स. /2002 ( 2 ) दिनांक 5 नवम्बर, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर मद संख्या 2 - सुरेन्द्रनगर के सामने , क्रम संख्या 2 पर " रेजीडेन्ट उपायुक्त और प्रान्त अधिकारी , वढवाण उप- प्रभाग , सुरेन्द्रनगर" प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

Ο.Ν. 124(E) . In exercise of the power conferred by Sub -section (1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby, makes the following further amendments in its Notification No. 434/GJ- HP/2002 (2) , dated the 5th November , 2002 , as amended from time to time , relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers of Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Gujarat namely:--
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said Notification, for the existing entry, the entry against item No. 2-Surendranagar at Serial No. 2. " Resident Deputy Collector & Prant Officer , Wadhwan Sub - Division , Surendranagar " shall be substituted.
