सा.का. नि. 695(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 129क की उप- धारा ( 1 ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बोर्ड एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित मूल आदेशों की समीक्षा के विशिष्ट उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग कीअधिसूचना सं. 39/2005- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै ) , दिनांक 13 मई, 2005 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है अर्थात्:-
( 1 ) . सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त , तूतीकोरिन द्वारा पारित मूल आदेश सं. 50/2007, दिनांक 23 अगस्त, 2007
(2 ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, तूतीकोरिन द्वारा पारित मूल आदेश सं. 51/2007 , दिनांक 6 सितम्बर , 2007
(3 ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, तूतीकोरिन द्वारा पारित मूल आदेश सं. 52/2007 , दिनांक6 सितम्बर , 2007
(4) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त , तूतीकोरिन द्वारा पारित मूल आदेश सं. 53/2007 , दिनांक6 सितम्बर, 2007
(5 ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, तूतीकोरिन द्वारा पारित मूल आदेश सं. 54/2007 , दिनांक 19 सितम्बर, 2007 उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्रम सं. 34 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्:-

(iii) अधिसूचना सं. 10/2007- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै ) , दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2007 , संख्या सा.का.नि. 75 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2007 के जरिए ।
(iv) अधिसूचना सं. 98/2007- सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 24 सितम्बर , 2007 , संख्या सा.का. नि. 621 ( अ ) , दिनांक 24 सितम्बर , 2007 के जरिए ।

G.S.R. 695 (E ).---In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 B) of Section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 39 /2005- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 13th May , 2005, for the specific purpose ofreviewing the following Orders - In- Original , namely :----
(1) Order- In -Original No. 50/2007 dated 23rd August, 2007 passed by Commissioner of Customs , Tuticorin .
(2) Order - In- Original No. 51/2007 dated 6th September , 2007 passed by Commissioner of Customs , Tuticorin .
(3) Order - In - Original No. 52/2007 dated 6th September , 2007 passed by Commissioner of Customs , Tuticorin .
(4) Order - In - Original No. 53/2007 dated 6th September , 2007 passed by Commissioner of Customs, Tuticorin .
(5) Order - In -Original No. 54/2007 dated 19th September , 2007 passed by Commissioner of Customs , Tuticorin.
In the said notification , in the Table , for the serial number 34 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted , namely :---
