S.O. 1933 (E) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan /Zonal Development Plan for Delhi is hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection /suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, 'B ' Block, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her name and address .
का.आ. 1933( अ. ), दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/जोनल विकास योजना में संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो, तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक, विकास सदन , आई.एन.ए. , नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे । प्रस्तावित संशोधन :
MODIFICATION :
जोन 'जे' ( दक्षिण दिल्ली- II ) में आने वाले लगभग 12.15 हेक्टे (29.968 एकड़ ) क्षेत्र , जो उत्तर में महरौली महिपालपुर रोड़ और सुल्तान गढ़ी मकबरा और दक्षिण में नंगल देवत बेदखल योजना , पश्चिम में कृषि और जल निकाय ( ग्रामीण ) और क्षेत्रीय पार्क से घिरा हुआ है , के भूमि उपयोग को रक्षा प्रयोजन के लिए कृषि और जल निकाय ' ग्रामीण ' से ' सरकारी भूमि ( अनिर्धारित उपयोग ) में परिवर्तित किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है बशर्ते कि उन शर्तों का पालन किया जाए जिनके आधार पर प्राधिकरण द्वारा प्रस्ताव अनुमोदित किया गया था ।
The land use ofan area measuring 12.15 ha. (29.968 acres) falling in Zone ' J' (South Delhi - II) bounded by MehrauliMahipalpur Road and Sultan Garhi Tomb in the North and Nangal Dewat Evictes scheme in the South , Agricultural and Water Body (Rural ) and Regional Park in theWest is proposed to be changed from Agricultural and Water Body 'Rural ' to ' Government Land (Use undetermined)' for defence purpose subject to compliance ofconditions based on which the proposal was approved bytheAuthority.
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक (मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , छठा तल , विकास मीनार , आई. पी. एस्टेट , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP) 6th Floor, Vikas Minar , J.P. Estate , Delhi Development Authority, New Delhi on all working days within the period referred above .
