अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 14 नवम्बर, 2007 सं. 112/2007-सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) सा.का.नि. 710(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड के इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 15/2002-सीमा शुल्क ( गै . टै. ) , दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 , सा.का.नि. 171 ( अ ) दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 में आगे और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में , क्रम सं. 7 , कॉलम 2 में प्रविष्टि के शब्दों " कांचीपुरम जिले के ताम्बरम तालुक " के स्थान पर " कांचीपुरम जिले के ताम्बरम तालुक और श्रीपरमबुडूर तालुक के कंटेनर फ्रंट स्टेशन " प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 को भारत के राजपत्र , में संख्या सा.का.नि. 171 ( अ ) , दिनांक 7 मार्च , 2002 को प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 89/2006- सीमा शुल्क (गै.दै. ) दिनांक 18 अगस्त, 2006 सा.का.नि. 486( अ ) दिनांक18 अगस्त, 2006 को संशोधन किया गया था ।

New Delhi , the 14th November , 2007 No. 112/ 2007 -Customs (N.T. )
G.S.R. 710 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance, (Department of Revenue) No. 15/2002- Customs (N.T.) , dated the 7th March, 2002, G.S.R. 171 (E), dated the 7thMarch, 2002, namely:-
2. In the said notification , in Table , against Serial Number 7, in the entry in column 2, for the words 'Tambaram Taluk of Kanchipuram District ' , the words 'Tambaram Taluk and Container Freight Stations at Sriperumbudur Taluk of Kanchipuram District ' , shall be substituted.
