आ.अ. 126(अ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का43 ) की धारा 21 के उपबंधों द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित तारीख 18 सितम्बर , 2003 की अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/म.प्र.-वि.स./2003 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन किए जाएंगे अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ -2 में , 185- सांवेर (अ.जा. ) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी :-

O.N. 126(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by provisions of Section 21 of the Representation of the PeopleAct, 1951 (43 of 1951) , the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendments shall bemade in its Notification No. 434/MP- LA/2003 , dated 18th September, 2003 as amended from time to time namely:
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said Notification, the existing entry against 185 Sanwer (SC) Assembly Constituency`shall be substituted with the following entry:-
