का.आ. 1946( अ).-नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियम , 1981 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1979( 1979 का पांचवां) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों का सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोच्चि के सदस्यों के रूप में तीन वर्ष के अनधिक अवधि के लिए अथवा उस समय तक जब तक कि संबंधित सदस्य उस श्रेणी या हित, जिससे वह इस प्रकार नियुक्त किया गया है, का प्रतिनिधित्व करना समाप्त कर देता है , जो भी पहले हो नियुक्त करती है तथा इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय (कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 21 ( अ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः- उक्त अधिसूचना में:-
( i) क्रम संख्या 7 , 8 और 9 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए " धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 4 ) के खंड ( जी ) के अधीन नियुक्त" शीर्ष के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: --
7. कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त
-सदस्य केरल सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए तमिलनाडु सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व
-सदस्य 8. कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त तथा सरकार का सचिव करने के लिए
प्रतिनिधित्व 9. प्रधान सचिव ( बागवानी ) बागवानी विभाग
-सदस्य
कर्नाटक सरकार का करने के लिए
( ii ) क्रम संख्या 10 , 11 और 12 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए " धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) के खंड (एच) केअधीन नियुक्त " शीर्ष के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखिते क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्ः-

आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व, करने के लिए.

(iii ) क्रम संख्या 14 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए " धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 4) के खंड़ (जे ) के अधीन नियुक्त " , शीर्ष के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -

टिप्पणीः प्रधान अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 की सं. का.आ. 21 ( अ ) द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई और अन्तिम बार इसका संशोधन 19 जनवरी,2004 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 93 ( अ) के अनुसार किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th November , 2007
S.O. 1946 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (4) of Section 4 of the Coconut Development BoardAct, 1979 (5 of 1979) , read with rule 4 of the Coconut DevelopmentBoard Rules , 1981 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coconut Development Board , Kochi for a period not exceeding three years , on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , or till the concerned member ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed , whichever is earlier, and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. 21 (E) , dated the 12th January, 1981 of the Government on India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) , namely: --
In the said notification , --
(i) under the heading " Appointed under clause (g) of sub -section (4) of Section 4 " , for serial numbers 7, 8 and 9 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely: --
