New Delhi , the 16th November, 2007
S.O. 1947 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Coastal AquacultureAuthority Act , 2005 (24 of2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture vide number S.O. 1803 (E) , dated the 22nd December , 2005 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (ii) , dated the 22ndDecember, 2005 , namely :-
का.आ. 1947 (अ ). तटवर्ती जलकृषि प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 24 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( ज ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय की दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2005 की संख्या का.आ. 1803 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) , दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2005 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में केन्द्र सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः:-
Inthe said notification , for serial number ( h) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या ( ज) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टियों को शामिल किया जाए, नामतः :-

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) and vide number S.O. 1803 (E) , dated the 22nd December , 2005 subsequently amended vide number S.O. 1359 (E) , dated the 25th August , 2006, S.O. 2093 (Ε ) , datedthe 13thDecember , 2006 and S.O. 1720 (E), dated the 8th October, 2007.
टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना को दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2005 के संख्या का.आ. 1803 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र भाग II, खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) , में प्रकाशित किया गया था । तदुपरान्तदिनांक 25-8-2006 के संख्या का. आ. 13:59 ( अ ) , दिनांक 13-12-2006 के का.आ. 2093 ( अ) और दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर , 2007 के का.आ. 1720 ( अ ) के तहत संशोधित किया गया था ।
