का. आ. 1958(अ) केंद्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन राजधानी ऑयल्स एंड आयलसीड्स एक्सचेंज लि. , नई दिल्ली द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को रेपसीड/सरसों, इसके तेल और खली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 1 मार्च , 2008 से 28 फरवरी , 2011 तक (दोनों दिन शामिल ) तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता के नवीनीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करते हैं ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्यधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 16th November, 2007
S.O. 1958 (E) . The Central Government having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regula- tion) Act , 1952 (74 of 1952) , by Rajdhani Oils and Oilseeds Exchange Ltd. , Delhi and being satisfied that it wouldbe in the interest of the trade and also in public interest to do so, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferredby Section 6 of the said Act , renewal to the said Exchange for afurtherperiodof three years from 1st March, 2008 to 28th February, 2011 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Rapeseed/Mustardseed, its Oils and Oilcakes .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
