का.आ. 1975(अ) . विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है : आईटीसी ( एचएस ) की अनुसूची 2 के तहत अध्याय 47 के क्रमांक 159 की प्रविष्टि के बाद निम्न प्रविष्टि को तत्काल प्रभाव से जोड़ा जाएगा :-

S.O. 1975 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992(No 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items , 2004-2009 as amended , from time to time :
With immediate effect, the following new entry shall be inserted after entry at Sl . No. 159 in Chapter 47 under Schedule 2ofITC(HS) :
