सा.का.नि. 726(अ).-खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण नियम , 1955 का और संशोधन करने के लिए कतिपय नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप , जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार, खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण अधिनियम, 1954 ( 1954 का 37 ) की धारा 23 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय खाद्य मानक समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् बनाना चाहती है, उक्त उप - धारा की अपेक्षानुसार उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है , जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों पर उस तारीख से जिसको उस राजपत्र की प्रतियां, जिसमें यह अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती है , जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं , साठ दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
आक्षेप या सुझाव , यदि कोई हो , सचिव , भारत सरकार , स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, निर्माण भवन , नई दिल्ली -110011 को "भेजे जा सकेंगे ।
ऐसे आक्षेपों और सुझावों पर, जो ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व उक्त प्रारूप नियमों की बाबत किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त होंगे , केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।
प्रारूप नियम
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण नियम , 1955 के परिशिष्ट ख में , जैतून के तेल से संबंधित मद ' क. 17.07 ' की सारणी में , " 40° सें. ग्रे. पर बी. आर. पठन या 40° सें. ग्रे. पर अपवर्तक सूचकांक " से संबंधित विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

टिप्पण: खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण नियम , 1955 , भारत के राजपत्र में का.नि.आ. सं. 2106, तारीख 12 सितंबर , 1955 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और अंतिम संशोधन सा.का.नि. 458 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 जुलाई, 2007 द्वारा किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th November , 2007
GS.R. 726 (E ) . The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules , 1955, which the Central Government , after consultation with the Central Committee for Food Standards , proposes to make , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 23 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954) , is hereby published, as required by the said sub - section, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of sixty days from the date on which copies of the Official Gazette in which this notification is published , are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestions , if any , may be addressedto the Secretary , Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Government of India, Nirman Bhawan , New Delhi - 110011.
The objections and suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the Central Government :
DRAFT RULES
1. (1) These rules may be called the Prevention of Food Adulteration ( .. Amendment ) Rules , 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final puhlication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules , 1955, in Appendix B, in item ' A. 17.07 ' relating to Olive oil , in the table, for the existing entries relating to " B.R. Reading at 40° Cor Refractive Index at 40° C" , the following entries shall be suhstituted, namely:-
