1 : सा.का.नि. 728(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 26 ) की धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की तारीख अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 783 (अ ) , 2 दिसम्बर , 2004 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम के प्रबंधन मंडल में निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे , अर्थात्:-
धारा 10( 1 )( i ) के अधीन नामनिर्दिष्ट

In pursuance of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the National Co - operative Development Corpo- ration Act , 1962 (26 of 1962) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co - operation ) No. G.S.R. 783 (E) dated the 2nd December , 2004 the Central Government hereby notifies that, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the Board of Management of the National Co - operative Development Corporation shall consist of the following members , namely:
