और यतः केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने राजस्थान राज्य के उक्त खुशखेड़ा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र, भिवाड़ी जिले में इलैक्ट्रॉनिक हार्डवेयर तथा सॉफ्टवेयर/ सूचना प्रौद्योगिको समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास एवं प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 23 अक्तूबर , 2007 को अनुमोदन - पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है ;

New Delhi , the 26th November , 2007
S.O. 1985 (E ) .- Whereas M/ s . Somani Worsted Limited; a fully Private Organization of the State of Rajasthan , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) , ( hereinafter referred to as the saidAct)to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware and software or information technology Enabled Services at Khushkera Industrial Area . Bhiwadi District in the State of Rajasthan:
And whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section (8 ) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub - section ( 10 ) of Section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware and software / information technology enabled services at the said Khushkera Industrial Area , Bhiwadi District in the State of Rajasthan on 23rd October , 2007 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special.
